Bedside ultrasound beats fluoroscopy at detecting diaphragmatic paralysis
In a recent online published study out of the children’s hospital in Barcelona, chest ultrasound outperformed fluoroscopy in the detection of diaphragmatic paralysis (Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Oct 28).
